About the event

Comedians do stand up, singers do open mics - what do actors do? Here it is a scratch night of experimental theatre where actors can test their ideas in front of an audience! Lead by our Guild Members this night offers a lineup of new and exciting work ranging from comedy to physical theatre. Always a magical night this event is the first to be held in the studio itself as a free event for our community.

After the finale of the show the floor is opened up to performers who are invited to jump up and show us what they've got!

Book your tickets and bring your friends! It's time to play!!

MELBOURNE ACTORS GUILD

WE OPERATE ON BOON WURRUNG LAND.

Logo Website orange.png

The Melbourne Actors Guild acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.

Melbourne Actors Guild operates on Boon Wurrung land in the Kulin Nation. The unrelenting strength of First Nation communities means we are privileged to encounter the survival of the oldest living culture known to human existence.

It is an honour to work on country created and nourished by such extraordinary people. Sovereignty was never ceded and we pledge to always workin the spirit of reconciliation and to do what we can to support First Nation determination.

Always was, always will be, Aboriginal land.
