In this Uta Hagen Acting Technique taster course, you'll learn to create multi-dimensional characters by deeply exploring their motivations, objectives, and emotional lives. Through personalised exercises like substitution and scene work, you'll get a taste of the tools that bring truth and emotional depth to every performance. "Working extensively as an actor in Australia and abroad with companies like the Australian Shakespeare Company, Polka theatre, Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival and The Russian Arts Theatre (Theatre 86), to name a few. He is a Green Room Award winning performer and also has multiple TV and film credits to his name. Fabio is a graduate of HB Studio and the Hagen Teacher Lab under the mentorship of Carol Rosenfeld; and has taught at NYU Tisch School of the Arts, HB Studio, VCA and 16th Street Actors Studio just to name a few! This taster workshop is designed as a studio class and includes preparation homework before the first session so make sure you sign up early to give yourself extra time to prepare!

Please ensure that you double check all dates etc. and declare any concerns before making a purchase. If course enrolment numbers are not met it may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued or postponed with each participant's agreement. We reserve the right to cancel any participant's enrolment in any activity at any time at our absolute discretion. In such circumstances, a refund for any remaining activities will be issued. I hereby represent to the Guild that I am physically capable of and there is no medical reason to prevent me from proceeding with participation without endangering my health. I acknowledge that whilst on the Guild premises, my person, my guests, my property, and my guest’s property are at my own risk. I acknowledge that I will not hold the Guild responsible for and the Guild hereby excludes, to the extent permitted by law, all liability for any personal injury or damage (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) whilst suffered by me or my guest or loss of property by me or my guest while I am on the Guild's premises.
