STUDIO: Sustaining Inspired Acting and Nurturing Individuality Level 2 - 4 “Studio” – a room where an artist works. Studio follows in respect to Michael Chekhov’s First Studio (1922) within the Moscow Art Theatre where his techniques began. Studio is designed to enhance the craft of inspired acting, aligning with the five-guiding principles of the Michael Chekhov technique. Connect with Dr. Suzie’s innovative training as she takes you further into transformative acting as you apply the work to scenes as well as continuing character development with monologues. Experience cutting edge training with methods that are grounded in the latest published research on transformative acting. With over thirty years of professional acting, training, and performance experience, Suzie now brings you into the conversation through personalised training for the actor-artist, emphasising character transformation and the ability to sustain a role. Each studio actor receives a one-off 30-minute tutorial with Suzie to address specific areas of professional practice. Transform into character safely and sustainably, and more importantly RELIABLY so you can deliver your best work every time. What this course includes: - One-on-one personalised coaching - In-depth theoretical discourse - Links to industry Enrolment is contingent upon successful completion of Level 1 and is a prerequisite to Studio A (Advanced). Please be advised that we do not issue cancelations, rescheduling or refunds for bookings under any circumstances. Please ensure that you double check all dates etc. and declare any concerns before making a purchase. If course enrolment numbers are not met it may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued or postponed with each participant's agreement. We reserve the right to cancel any participant's enrolment in any activity at any time at our absolute discretion. In such circumstances, a refund for any remaining activities will be issued. I hereby represent to the Guild that I am physically capable of and there is no medical reason to prevent me from proceeding with participation without endangering my health. I acknowledge that whilst on the Guild premises, my person, my guests, my property, and my guest’s property are at my own risk. I acknowledge that I will not hold the Guild responsible for and the Guild hereby excludes, to the extent permitted by law, all liability for any personal injury or damage (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) whilst suffered by me or my guest or loss of property by me or my guest while I am on the Guild's premises.
